  • If you refer a quality consultant to Foresight and we hire them, you will receive $3/hour for every hour they work as long as both of you are employed full-time by Foresight. This adds approximately
    $6,000 additional gross per year to your income
    for each consultant referral.
     
  • If you refer a new client to Foresight, you will receive $3/hour for every hour that each Foresight consultant works for that client while both parties are employed full-time by Foresight. This adds approximately $6,000 additional gross per year to your income for each consultant working at that client.1
     
  • You benefit not only monetarily, but also from opportunities created by building our client base and strengthening our staff of quality consultants.
     
• Our consultants work with state of the art technology. We are passionate about continued education and training. As a result, most of our projects utilize the latest technologies to help our clients achieve the benefits of advancements in the software industry.
   
• You choose your own career path. If you prefer to specialize in a language or technology, or target a certain position such as software engineer, lead architect, or project manager, we will help you work toward your goal and ultimately provide you opportunities to work in your areas of specialty.
   
• Hourly employees enjoy the benefit of taking off as much time as they want between client assignments, or with client approval. It is not uncommon for our consultants to choose to take several weeks off after successfully completing a lengthy project.
