amount from your billing rate. Our profit does not increase when your
billing rate does. If you work and train hard to achieve a higher rate, you get

From the day you start, we offer an unsurpassed program of team rewards for
consultant and client referrals. For as long as you remain a Foresight
employee:

If you refer a quality consultant to Foresight and we hire them, you will
receive $3/hour for every hour they work as long as both of you are employed
full-time by Foresight. This adds approximately
$6,000 additional gross per year to your income
for each consultant referral.

If you refer a new client to Foresight, you will receive $3/hour for every
hour that each Foresight consultant works for that client while
both parties are employed full-time by Foresight. This adds approximately
$6,000 additional gross per year to your income for each consultant
working at that client.1

projects utilize the latest technologies to help our clients achieve the

a language or technology, or target a certain position such
as software engineer, lead architect, or project manager, we will help you
work toward your goal and ultimately provide you opportunities to work in
your areas of specialty.

Hourly employees enjoy the benefit of taking off as much time as they want
between client assignments, or with client approval. It is not uncommon
for our consultants to choose to take several weeks off after
successfully completing a lengthy project. How can they afford to do
